in 1961, in North-Eastern Siberia in a small town, now abandoned, on the side of a uranium mine in a country which also doesn't exist anymore.
For over 12 years I studied art in a strict academic environment in the city of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). More than three decades ago I moved to the US, and since 2009 have been spending much of my time in France. Like an uprooted potato, I'm trying to grow my roots into the air.
